Have you gotten a Validated Survey Instrument

How were you able to get a validated similar instrument you are working with? are you able to also get a consent letter from the instrument author?

I did get a validated survey instrument. It was necessary for IRB approval. I found one by following their instructions on the page you linked https://ucumberlands.libguides.com/ld.php?content_id=75974228. I found one that had permissions explicitly granted so I didn't need to contact the author. I tried that for another instrument I found and never got a reply.
